Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals are intact, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
